Where can I find sizing information?

We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. One of the ways we ensure that is through providing you with detailed information on an item's fit and construction before you buy it. Our goal is to help you make the correct decision on what particular size you should order. If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare them to the charts that we provide to determine the correct size. Our sizing charts will give you a good idea of the size to order, but be sure to read the special sizing information that may accompany the item description. Some merchandise dimensions may vary from the averages in the charts as well. If you have any questions about the sizing of a product, please let us know! We also offer a No-hassle Return and Exchange Policy on our products, so if you do happen to purchase the wrong size you may simply return the item in its original condition for an exchange or refund!

How to Order


If you're finished shopping and everything looks the way you want it in your Shopping Cart, click the "CHECKOUT" button. (Please remember that any promotions you might have need to be applied in the cart before you checkout.)If you aren't signed in to your SOCCER.COM account, you will then be prompted to Sign In to your account with a username and password or checkout as a Guest.


Enter your shipping address information in the fields provided and click "CONTINUE". If you are a registered user and have signed in, your shipping address information should automatically appear on this page as an option for you to choose.


Select your preferred shipping method in the dropdown box provided and click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT"


Enter your payment information and billing address details in the fields provided and click "CONTINUE TO REVIEW ORDER" If you are a registered user and have signed in, any saved credit cards that you have for your account will be accessible for you to select. Also, if you have a gift card, it can be entered and applied to your order on this screen.


This page allows you to look over all the details of your order to make sure everything is correct including all the items (pricing, discounts, etc), shipping and billing addresses, shipping method, and payment information. If any changes need to be made, click the corresponding "EDIT" button to edit your information. If everything on your order is correct, click "SUBMIT ORDER" to complete your order. When your order is completed, you'll reach the Order Submission page which includes your Order Number; we encourage you to print out this page and keep it in your records for future reference. That's it, you're finished! Just relax knowing your transaction is safe and you'll be receiving your order very soon. How can I change or cancel my order on Soccer.com?

Please contact a customer service representative by calling 1-800-950-1994 if you would like to change or cancel your online order.

How to Shop

On any SOCCER.COM page, you'll see the Search box in the top-left corner of the screen on the gray bar. You can search for items by their name or item number. Item numbers can be found in your SOCCER.COM catalog next to the products. Type your search into the box and click the Search Icon. Our search engine will return with a complete list of items that fit your search.

If you're not exactly sure what product you'd like or if you just want to have a look around, the menu bar underneath the Search Box is great place to start. You'll find every product we currently have available in one of these sections.

After the Search Engine has found a list of products that fits your search, you can click on any item that interests you. Each product will be listed with its regular price and Goal Club price. For more information on SOCCER.COM's Goal Club click here.

Next, you will arrive at the product information page. Everything you need to know about the item can be found here, including a large picture, pricing and a detailed description of the product.

Once you find something you'd like, it's time to make some choices. Use the interactive menus to specify which color, size and quantity you want to buy; you can even add customization to many items. After you've made your selections, click on the "ADD TO CART" button. You should see your item successfully added to your mini cart (at the top right of your screen) and a convenient "CHECKOUT" button should appear on the product page.

For a quick glance at what products have been added to your shopping cart, click on the Items link next to the Shopping Cart icon (at the top right of your screen) to expand a small version of your cart. To view your full Shopping Cart, click on the Shopping Cart Icon or the "CHECKOUT" button at the bottom of your mini cart.

The Shopping Cart also makes comparing products easy. Just put the products you're considering in the Shopping Cart and compare. If you would like to get rid of an item, click the Trash Can Icon to delete the product from your cart. You can also check to see if the item you've selected is available by viewing the status of the item (In stock, back order, etc.). You will also be shown an estimated ship date for each product added to your order.

If you have any promotional codes for your order, you can enter them in the box provided in your Shopping Cart and click "Apply". Once you're finished shopping and everything looks the way you want it in your Shopping Cart, click "CHECKOUT" and you'll be carried through our easy ordering process.

How do I check the status of an Order that I placed at SOCCER.COM?

If you are a Registered Member at SOCCER.COM you will be able to view past orders placed at SOCCER.COM. You will need to login to your account, then click Order History. You will be able to search by Order Number or by the date that you placed the order.

How do I return merchandise?

Your package may have contained a pre-paid Return Service (RS) label. We will also email one to you.The cost of using each label is a low $5.95 (domestic use only). The label fee is deducted from your merchandise credit. We are unable to refund return shipping costs. If an error was made on our part, we will email you a label to be used at no cost to you. If you choose to return merchandise at your own cost, the return address is below. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost en route. We do not accept CODs or packages marked "Bill Recipient". Goals or other large field equipment must be returned to the manufacturer. Please contact us in order to receive specific instructions and address information. Field equipment returned to the wrong location will result in a 15% restocking fee. What is Soccer.com's policy on returns and exchanges?

We gladly accept returns on the most items purchased within 30 days, returned in their original condition (brand new, unworn, unlaundered, unembellished). Please try on items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them. Domestic exchanges are shipped via standard ground service at no additional charge to you. Allow 1-2 weeks from the time you send your return to receive your exchange order. Goals or other large field equipment must be returned to the manufacturer. Please contact us in order to receive specific instructions and address information. Field equipment returned to the wrong location will result in a 15% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Warm up suit parts - any item sold as a set must be returned as a set.
  • DVDs, videos, or books.
  • Signed memorabilia - All sales are final in order to protect the integrity of authenticity
  • Customized, worn or laundered items of any kind.

Credits will be made to the original form of payment on the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. In the event a return is accepted 6 months or more from the purchase date, we can only exchange for a gift card or non returnable merchandise.

When you purchase the Goal Club Membership, when do you start to accumulate Goal Club points?

Once your order has Complete Status, meaning every item has shipped, you will then receive your Goal Club Points. You will receive 1 Goal Club Point for every $1.00 of merchandise you buy from SOCCER.COM. You should receive the points balance on the invoice that arrives with the order.

How can I find out what my Goal Club points totalis?

Your points total is updated in the "loyalty" tab in your online account. You can also call us to find out your points total or ask questions about when points will post.

If I have a Goal Club coupon that covers the total cost of the item online, why do I need to enter my credit card information?

You will need to enter your credit card to cover the cost of shipping.
